My Profile
When setting up your profile, indicate what kind of information you want to be notified about: incidents, construction only, travel time delays. You can decide when notifications are sent to you. Receive notifications by email or text message.
My Routes
Define your routes so that you can quickly reference them on all your devices, including interactive text message, email and when you call 511. Give each route its own name, for example "home to work". When you are logged in, the trip planner allows you to customize your routes and save them into your registered account.
My Advisories (Coming Soon)
Once you have created your route, configure your advisories for that route. For example, create an advisory that notifies you when incidents, closures or construction events are active and may affect your trip. Configure which days of the week, and what time of day that the advisories will be delivered. Indicate if advisories should be sent to you by email or text message (carrier service rates may apply).
Calling 511 (Coming Soon)
When you call 511, the phone system will recognize your registered telephone number, and will provide you with customized information about your routes.
